We
have recently finished our 40,000 square foot state
of the art facility with a 6,000 square foot powder
coating paint line for all of your custom color
needs. Our entire product line of hurricane protection
shutter systems as required by the International Building
Code (IBC)

Weather
Guard's manufacturing facility includes a state of
the art roll former that is computer operated for
precision milling. With 330 feet per minute out put,
you are assured product when we say it is going to
be delivered.

Weather
Guard's 40 ton automatic punch press has ten different
dies, which enables us to give the homeowner quality
product with precision accuracy, as is true of our
German engineered 24" saw mill.

Once
an order is cut, it proceeds to our assembly line
and from there it goes to our isolated paint booth
complete with conveyor. Once painting is
complete, it is wrapped and crated if need be for
shipping.
